What We Provide and What You Will Acquire:
Our Private Bank Summer Analyst Program is crafted to present you with a unique opportunity to engage with and gain insights into various teams within The Private Bank, including Relationship Management, Trust & Wealth Structuring, and Investment Management. This structured 10-week internship offers extensive on-the-job training, aligning you with a high-performing client team to acquire practical experience and knowledge in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients, which may include business owners, corporate executives, and innovative entrepreneurs. Alongside educational content and exposure to industry thought leaders, you will receive coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for community engagement throughout the program.
Your Responsibilities:
As a summer analyst, you will engage in comprehensive programming and a skills-based curriculum, gaining exposure to daily client-related activities such as:
- Assisting in new business development, prospect engagement, and client interaction.
- Overseeing the execution of client service tasks, including digital onboarding, initiating and tracking account openings, and managing asset transfers.
- Addressing client inquiries and collaborating with specialists and service centers to ensure a cohesive service experience.
- Managing account maintenance tasks, including trust accounting transactions, processing deposits and transfers, and generating reports.
- Conducting research projects on behalf of clients and maintaining organizational investment industry research and reporting.
- Evaluating client experiences across live and digital touchpoints to identify modernization and integration opportunities.
- Providing administrative support in coordination with trading, operations, and client service teams.
- Engaging in specialty projects based on individual interests and business needs.
Candidate Profile:
We seek highly motivated individuals who are energetic, analytical, and entrepreneurial, with a keen interest in developing a sophisticated, well-rounded skill set aligned with wealth structuring, credit and banking, trust, and relationship management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date within the specified timeframe.
- Proven track record of achievement through extracurricular activities or leadership roles.
- Genuine passion for investing and a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to think independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.
- Proficiency in technical skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Travel Requirements: As needed.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Weekly Hours: 40.00.
Shift: Day shift.
