Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with eating disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Interact with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and utilization management, ensuring timely and effective access to treatment.
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring a smooth transition for clients back into their communities.
  • Offer therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food and promoting positive body image.
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care to each client, acknowledging and respecting their intersecting identities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in the field.
  • State licensure (or license-eligible) in a counseling field, such as Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
