We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients struggling with eating disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstances based on their intersecting identities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
