Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests, assigning rooms as needed.
  • Issue room keys and manage guest accounts.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Assist with reservations for accommodations and local activities.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability for various shifts.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
