We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Joe Cooper CDJR of Shawnee. The successful candidate will assist the sales staff in establishing new customer appointments and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding specific vehicles and set sales appointments.
  • Support online and phone customers by validating inventory and answering general questions.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
  • Support and achieve the Sales Department goals.

**Requirements**

  • Basic sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales, is a plus but not required.
  • Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens.
  • Proficient with computers, phones, and basic software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
