We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Financial Controller to become a part of our esteemed organization, Jobot. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the comprehensive accounting functions, aid in the development of budgets, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Revenue Recognition, Payroll, and Fixed Assets.
  • Establish and uphold internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Generate monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the formulation of budgets and report any significant variances to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful applicant will possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Preferred qualifications include CPA, CMA, or MBA.
2. At least 3 years of experience in managing month-end closing activities.
3. A solid understanding of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost management.
