- Post all outgoing US Mail. Replenish postage meter when funds are low.
- Maintain supplies for Corporate Office and model homes by keeping inventory and placing orders.
- Maintain neat appearance of lobby, reception desk, kitchen, and conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers, postage meter).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
The work environment is representative of an office/field setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the described essential functions of the job.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision.
