HouseWorks Home Care is a leading provider of in-home care services. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Specialists.

About the Role:
We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, holiday pay, and higher weekend pays. Our flexible scheduling allows you to pick the shift that works best for your lifestyle, including weekend, weekday, overnight shifts, and live-in options. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional in-home and companion experiences, fulfilling the personalized care plan of each client.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, and transfers.
- Provide personal care, including dressing, bathing, mobility, incontinence care, and other services.
- Offer companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones.
- Remind clients of medication and document their health, well-being, and activities in a daily log.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and Reliable Vehicle necessary.
- Open availability preferred but not required.
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $18.50-$22.00 per hour (estimated annual salary: $38,460-$45,840).
