Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for 75% recruiting activities and 25% staffing-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the recruitment field.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Utilize Ardelyx's digital media footprint to create and post job announcements that list requirements for each job.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates for various departments and positions.
- Contribute to the overall success of Talent Acquisition by providing high-level customer service and project coordination.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
- Demonstrates clear, effective, and professional oral and written communication skills.
- Personable, flexible, patient, positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and consistently follows up and follows through.
