Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 8 to 15 staff members.
- Recruit, hire, and train customer service-oriented team members.
- Promote a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Grow sales on all shifts.
- Maintain store image to company standards.
- Develop team members to reach their career goals.
- Comply with company non-discriminatory standards.
- Work with suppliers to ensure fresh products.
- Analyze sales trends and formulate action plans.
- Control store expenses.
- Implement company sales programs.
Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older.
- Retail and/or food management experience.
- Minimal travel.
- A valid driver's license.
- Access to a vehicle with insurance.
- Customer-oriented.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Complete Topshelf Manager Training.
