We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and sales skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Restock shelves and merchandise as needed, ensuring an attractive and well-stocked store.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with heavier lifting as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
