Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart in Marion, IN. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and healthcare, to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and skilled in pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, loyalty, and retention.

• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Current pharmacy license in the state of Indiana.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
