Rural Psychiatry Associates Seeks Patient Registration Coordinator

Rural Psychiatry Associates is a leading provider of mental health care services in rural and remote areas. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team in our Fargo office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a multi-phone line system to answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate staff or department
  • Make appointment reminder calls and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Utilize internal email and voicemail to relay messages to appropriate staff
  • Greet patients, visitors, vendors, mail carriers, and delivery personnel in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Inquire about customers' needs, provide information and guidance as needed, and direct concerns appropriately
  • Distribute patient satisfaction surveys to patients
  • Distribute employment applications to prospective applicants
  • Schedule appointments for patients and vendors using AdvancedMD database
  • Print daily schedules and fee sheets
  • Create and revise print materials (policies, forms, materials, etc.) as needed
  • Compose letters and email from dictated messages as requested
  • Complete mass mailings
  • Prepare and distribute reports as requested
  • Contact various vendors/merchants as requested for business needs
  • Assist with the coordination of the clinic's provider schedule
  • All other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Proficient with the use of computers and various office equipment
