Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Medix. This full-time position involves working directly with providers, rooming patients, taking vital signs, administering injections, and processing prescription refills.

Work Schedule

This is a 40-hour per week position, with a schedule of 10-hour days, varying weekdays, no nights, limited weekend hours, and closed for major holidays. You'll be included in the weekend rotation, working approximately 1 Saturday or Sunday (8 am - 1 pm) every 6-8 weeks.

Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Washington State MA-C license
  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role preferred but not required
Compensation

Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $23-$35 per hour, depending on experience, plus access to benefits including multiple plan options for medical, vision, and dental coverage, paid sick leave, and a 401(k) plan after 6 months of service.
