Position Overview:

Our client, a leading entity in the Equipment Finance sector, is in search of a Credit Manager.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate creditworthiness and financial profiles of individuals and organizations seeking credit.
  • Assess transactional risks and provide structured recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to nurture and enhance customer relationships.
  • Engage with financial institutions to navigate the complexities of specific transactions.
  • Systematically organize, analyze, and interpret financial statements, focusing on critical financial indicators such as cash flow, debt-to-equity ratios, and liquidity metrics.
  • Review and analyze consumer and commercial credit reports.
  • Acquire industry-specific and equipment knowledge to support credit evaluations.
  • Facilitate open communication regarding clients and transactions across all departments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit analysis.
  • Strong capability to interpret the three primary financial statements.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training in a banking credit department is advantageous.
