Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Replenish merchandise, maintain store layout, and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and maintain floor stock and fitting room areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
