Compensation Package:We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location, plus shift and specialty differentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) with a 6% match after one year/1000 hours worked, educational assistance program, and opportunities for career advancement.
Job Description:The Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff, and demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
