USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team in the Mechanical Services department. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach crew members, offer feedback, assist crews, and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policies.
- Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is functioning, including hydro blast pumps and liquid vacuum and air machine trucks.
- Job Preparation: Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
- Job Site Inspection: Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
- Safety and Compliance: Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork, ensure OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed consistently, report any issues, concern, or incidents to management.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete required documentation in a timely manner and by required deadlines.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping: Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc., wash and clean company equipment, perform general housekeeping tasks.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction, lead or supervisory experience a plus.
- Skills: Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun, valid driver's license, excellent verbal and written communication required.
- Physical Demands: Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job, including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs, required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses, ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day.
