We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of crew members and other managers
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and training programs
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
To be successful as a Shift Manager, you will need:
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
