Sous Chef Role
We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional who will manage the kitchen operations with integrity, respect, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will embody the culinary philosophy of the Chef and adhere to all operational standards. You will be responsible for mentoring junior kitchen staff and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the training and leadership necessary to meet objectives related to sales, cost management, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, and sanitation. Collaborating with the Chef and HR, you will foster an inclusive environment that promotes education and discipline, while effectively leading service execution and staff development through various management techniques, including line checks and performance evaluations.

- Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
