We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH.

About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing
  • Report changes in patient and resident condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in the care planning process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
