About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents and patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and residents with their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
  • Report any changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participate in the care planning process to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
