Job Description

As a Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of making a difference in every life we touch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in neonatal intensive care
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and operate a computer
  • Physical abilities to remain stationary, move about, lift equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend

Other Requirements

In addition to the above qualifications, you must hold a valid RN license in the state where you will be practicing and BLS certification. Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification (RNC-NIC) is preferred but not required.
