Medical Care Specialist

Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Responsibilities:The successful candidate will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients in the NICU. This includes:
- Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing education and support to patients and families
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- At least 1 year of experience in a NICU setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
