Role Overview:

The Safety and Security Specialist is tasked with ensuring the protection and safety of guests, staff, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, including hotel, gaming areas, and surrounding outdoor spaces, to identify potential disturbances, unlawful activities, or safety risks and take necessary actions.
  • Patrol duties may involve walking, using a company-provided bicycle, or operating a vehicle.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, adhering to all relevant laws and organizational policies.
  • Maintain the security of all access keys.
  • Complete necessary documentation related to shift activities.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a standard shift.
  • Physical capabilities include, but are not limited to, lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and engaging in moderate to strenuous physical activities.
  • Previous experience in casino security or a related field is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record may be required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
