Omaha Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing care based on physician orders and company policies
  • Perform and carry out cares and treatments according to physician orders and nursing care plan
  • Monitor and document response to pain, cares, treatments, and medications
  • Implement nursing actions as directed by the RN in accordance with the plan of care
  • Provide ongoing education to patients and caregivers using an individualized approach
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school or university as an LPN
  • Minimum one year LPN experience
  • Experience with pediatric patients preferred
  • Experience in the home care environment preferred
  • Current and valid Nebraska LPN license/LPN Compact License
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • PEARS - Peds Emergency Assessment within 180 Days or PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
