We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Financial Clerk** to join our team at Implify Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Enter information into our computer system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and send invoices to customers, including listing items or services sold, amounts due, credit terms, and dates of shipment
- Post transactions to accounting records, including worksheets, ledgers, or computer files
- Prepare credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise, and credit forms for customers or finance companies
- High school diploma or G.E.D, and 0-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and accounting systems
