We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team at the Public Health Trust of Dade Co's Long Term Care Center. As a Dietitian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the nutritional status of patients and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborate with the Food Service department to provide nutritionally appropriate menus and food options.
- Provide nutrition counseling to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition trends, research, and standards of practice.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Registered Dietitian and Florida licensure required.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
