We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JMJ Talent Solutions Inc.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all machinery and equipment within our facility, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
  • Perform welding tasks as required for equipment repair and maintenance
  • Operate and maintain mill and lathe machines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, welding, and machining (mill and lathe)
  • Strong technical skills with ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position located at our Hobart, Indiana facility. The role may require occasional overtime or weekend work to address urgent maintenance needs.

Salary

$65,000 per year, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
