Structural Python Operator

This is a temp-to-hire position
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Python Operator for a structural fabrication client in Hobart, Indiana
Responsibilities:
- Operates single or multiple CNC laser cutting machine, including loading raw material and ensuring quality by maintaining focal point adjustment, feed rate, power, and other parameters
- Labels/Tag finished parts accurately and delivers them to designated areas
- Monitors laser/Phyton operations to ensure machine is functioning properly and safely; records machine code errors and communicates performance issues to the supervisor
- Uses inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measure
- Deburrs and cleans parts
- Maintains quality, productivity, and safety records
- Maintains supplies and performs regular preventive maintenance
- Assists other operators with operating, inspecting, and cleaning machines and parts
- Maintains cleanliness of work area 10) Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction
Location: Hobart, IN
Schedule/Shift Details
- 5:00am – 1:30pm Monday – Friday
- OT as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to accurately read blueprints
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Experience working with structural beams
- Experience in welding, fabrication, torch and/or laser cutting
- Must have good work history
