Key Responsibilities- Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate laboratory equipment and computer systems to document specimen information and patient registration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless specimen collection and processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory program preferred.
- One year of phlebotomy experience preferred; certification from a National Accredited Program is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week with 8 hours per day. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and service.
