Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to national and organizational standards.
- Recognize and address the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies in line with established protocols.
- Assess patient and family needs, providing education and resources.
- Administer therapies under physician supervision, ensuring all necessary pre-authorizations and consents are secured.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient care and treatments.
- Utilize knowledge of reimbursement processes to ensure accurate charge capture.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- At least one year of oncology experience is highly desirable.
- Current RN state license in good standing.
