Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support. As an LPN, you will work closely with our medical staff to complete client admissions and screenings, administer medication, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete client admission process, including assessment of physical and psychological status
• Monitor and document client progress, making referrals to physician or emergency services as needed
• Develop individual client treatment plans and provide input on client needs, performance, and progress
• Provide nursing care, including vital signs, medication administration, first aid, and specimen collection
• Maintain accurate documentation, including medication records, progress notes, and client files

Requirements

• Valid LPN license from state of employment
• LPN certification, AA or BS in related field
• Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare
• Venipuncture and TB skin testing experience, current CPR, AED, and first aid certification
• Experience in addiction, mental health, and behavioral health preferred
