- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, delivering insights and reports to teams such as Data Engineering, Business Operations, and Finance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing detailed reports at various levels of granularity and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficient in data analysis to uncover insights, identify revenue opportunities, and diagnose unexpected business performance issues.
- Skilled in presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner for stakeholder comprehension.
- Deep understanding of business units, associated data, and workflows to identify risks and opportunities while anticipating future challenges.
- Familiarity with sales processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in finance, data analytics, business analytics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Experience with financial forecasting, business operations, data analytics, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Competitive hourly rate up to $84.51.
