Job Title: Quality Control Liaison

We are seeking highly motivated and career-oriented Quality Control Liaisons to support the growth of our Automotive Quality & Plant Services team. This is a mid-level to experienced job opportunity, requiring a strong understanding of quality control and containment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between the MARTIN warehouse and OEM customers, providing quality support in automotive manufacturing plants and warehouses.
  • Communicate effectively with OEM and Tier customers regarding supplier quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer and network relationships.
  • Work with a positive attitude in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of college or technical training preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in production/assembly plant environments.
  • Prior automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive supplier/customer relationship.
  • Ability to briskly walk plant floors for extended periods.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
