Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of repairs, including basic suspension and steering diagnosis and repair, basic brake diagnosis and repair, alignments, tire repair, fluid maintenance exchange, and battery check and installation.
  • Maintain knowledge of general automotive skills and continue to develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments.

  • 20 flat rate hour guarantee each week.
  • An opportunity to earn a production-based incentive bonus ranging $250 - $550 on each biweekly paycheck.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to accurately repair vehicles using standard automotive procedures at a level normally acquired through the completion of two (2) years as an automotive technician.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or car dealer certifications preferred in Suspension/Steering & Brakes, or the equivalent knowledge and experience with the ability to attain the required certifications within 12 months of hire (Paid for by AAA).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • The ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
