We are currently seeking a skilled Patient Representative/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and facilitating access to healthcare services
  • Coordinating patient schedules, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Distributing patient-related materials and monitoring patient satisfaction

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be proficient in bilingual communication (English and Spanish), and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. A High School diploma/GED is required. Salary: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour.
