Job Summary

The Operations Management Trainee will play a crucial role in supporting the shop management process, driving cost savings, and enhancing customer retention. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer interface and proactive customer management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the rental department to optimize utilization and minimize lease customer impact.
  • Partner with Sales staff to drive new business and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads, ensuring adherence to policy and processes.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
