Water Systems Consulting (WSC) is a leading provider of integrated engineering, project delivery, and construction management services for the water sector. We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Management Practice Leader to join our team and lead the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction management teams
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and close-out
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the water sector
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PMP and CCM registration highly desirable
