Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the construction schedule, procedure, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are adhered to at all times.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities and ensure compliance with legal regulations, building, and safety codes.
  • Resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing concrete projects, including those involving asphalt, civil, bridge, highway, grading, retaining walls, and culvert.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction project management processes, means, and methods.
  • Understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
