Overview:

Addx Corporation is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Decision Scientist to support our Test and Evaluation (T&E) processes. The successful candidate will work closely with IS Product Owners to conduct comprehensive reviews, analysis, evaluations, and tests of the project's technical capabilities in various operational environments.

This role involves facilitating early detection and correction of cost and schedule variances, enhancing management insight into process and product risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, performance, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide T&E support to IS Product Owners, including conducting comprehensive reviews, analysis, evaluations, and tests of the project's technical capabilities in each operational environment (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) to confirm that requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Facilitate early detection and correction of cost and schedule variances.
  • Enhance management insight into process and product risk.
  • Support project cycle processes to ensure compliance with regulatory, performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Validate the project's product and processes to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate coordination with Government verification and validation POC, as applicable through iterative User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as a feedback mechanism.
  • Develop Comprehensive Test (CT) and UAT plans.
  • Assist with coordination and scheduling of CT/UAT events.
  • Document and consolidate test results.
  • Review test event associated artifacts to ensure accuracy (pre and post-release announcements).
  • Ensure each test includes the operational environment (as close as possible), consisting of any hardware, software, interfacing applications and systems, documentation, operators, and user experience to ensure that the product is well-engineered and able to be deployed and developed in accordance with DoD requirements per industry best practices.
  • Provide testing support to established T&E processes, including collaboration with government entities.
  • Conduct reviews, analysis, evaluations, inspections, and tests of the project's technical capabilities, system behaviors, processes and interfaces, operational use, feasibility, or practicality of the technology in each operational environment, and durability of the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing support, T&E processes, or decision science, preferably within a DoD or federal government environment.
  • Strong knowledge and functional capability to operate testing tools, data analysis tools, and task management systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in developing CT/UAT plans and coordinating and scheduling CT/UAT events.
  • Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Experience with operational environment testing and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.

PAY RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
