Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Summit Funding. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and closing residential home loans, building strong relationships with realtors, homebuilders, and other referral sources, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, support, and best-in-class service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mortgage products and processes
  • Analyze local mortgage needs and stay up-to-date on local real estate market trends and forecasts
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Originating and closing residential home loans
Requirements
  • Currently producing Mortgage Loan Originators with stable work history
  • Closing at least 1 residential home loan a month on average
  • Must be currently licensed with NMLS
  • Must have an established referral database for sourcing your own purchase leads
