- Develop and modify purchase requisitions as necessary.
- Provide assistance to end users regarding inquiries related to purchase requisition submissions.

o Facilitate request for quote (RFQ) sourcing initiatives.
o Strategically source, recommend additions to the pricebook, and oversee contracts for frequently procured inventory materials.
o Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes.
o Specialize in transactional workflows and offer guidance on system utilization for effective transactional operations.
- Capable of analyzing error reports to identify root causes and proactively resolve outstanding issues, including liaising with vendors and stakeholders for necessary information and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency with SAP or SMART by GEP.
- At least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong collaborative skills.
- Develops positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve objectives.
- Constructs effective solutions based on available data and makes timely, safe, and ethical decisions.
