We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at PulteGroup. As a key member of our community maintenance and contract administration team, you will be responsible for administering budgets and contracts, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Set up new communities, plans, and vendors in our purchasing systems and portals.
- Input plan budget information into the purchasing system, generate and distribute contracts, and review for accuracy.
- Maintain plan budgets through the contract change process, ensuring all budgets and affected lots are updated accordingly.
- Administer color setup for all new communities, maintaining colors and color items in the system for specified communities after launch.
- Track trade partner insurance compliance and administer utility/energy-related programs and rebates.
- Setup and maintain rebate tracking systems for specified communities.
- Utilize enterprise purchasing and accounting systems to input received data and generate and distribute reports.
- Support the vendor payment inquiry process through the review and validation of contract status and amount.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration and/or related construction general office experience.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint programs.
- Ability to make correct independent decisions, adjust to varying schedules, organize and prioritize multiple tasks, problem-solve, and write and communicate effectively.
$29.85 per hour; hired applicants will be eligible to receive an annual incentive.
