">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques to improve equipment performance">
- Maintain utility equipment and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues">
- Work on projects, including machining, fabrication, and capital projects with outside vendors">
- Assist with new equipment installation and relocation">
- Help create technical data for preventative maintenance information">
- Maintain facilities and equipment to meet OSHA and USDA standards">
- Improve plant uptime through machine modification and layout adjustments">
- Pursue additional skills in ammonia refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning">
Requirements
">To be successful as an Electro-Mechanical Tech, you should have:
">- ">
- A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred">
- Industrial maintenance experience is required">
- Basic Electrical experience and understanding, plus knowledge of PLCs">
- Ability to lift, carry, and hand grip up to 65 lbs, and pull up to 20 lbs">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills">
- Bachelor's degree not required but a plus">
