Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patients
  • Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients
  • Answer phone calls with positivity and professionalism
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail for the office
  • Assist with patient billing inquiries and processing
  • Maintain organized filing of all clinic-related documents
  • Support the clinic in managing patient seating and flow
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
  • Verify and check patient insurance information
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and responsibilities
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management
