Position OverviewAs a Clinical Nurse (RN) on the 6100 Medical Floor, you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and overseeing patient care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assessing and coordinating discharge plans for patients.
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patients' conditions effectively.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols.
- Monitor and document the effectiveness and timeliness of care interventions.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans to meet patient needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications according to nursing standards.
- Facilitate patient and family education to ensure understanding of care plans.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Current certifications as required for specific care areas.
