We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Care Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary medical and mental health team, you will provide whole person care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental and physical health needs.
- Provide brief, episodic psychotherapy to address mental health issues and physical health complaints.
- Work collaboratively with medical providers to develop treatment plans and provide mental health assessments, psychotherapeutic, and wellness interventions.
- Manage a small caseload of clients requiring both psychotherapy and complex case management.
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensure acquired within twelve (12) months.
- Experience in integrated or medical behavioral health.
- Competitive salary range: $54,763 - $76,968 annually.
