Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Care Therapist to join our team at Mental Health Partners. As a key member of our interdisciplinary medical and mental health team, you will provide whole person care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental and physical health needs.
  • Provide brief, episodic psychotherapy to address mental health issues and physical health complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with medical providers to develop treatment plans and provide mental health assessments, psychotherapeutic, and wellness interventions.
  • Manage a small caseload of clients requiring both psychotherapy and complex case management.
Requirements
  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensure acquired within twelve (12) months.
  • Experience in integrated or medical behavioral health.
