Job Overview

As a Seasonal Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt - 3495, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting clients with their tax preparation needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and are able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with tax preparation, including one-on-one interviews and answering questions from walk-ins
  • Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees to provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
  • Utilize basic computer skills to efficiently process tax returns
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced tax preparers to ensure high-quality results
