About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Personal Care Specialist to provide personalized care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Support clients with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping duties.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client health or well-being to the care team.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary for transportation purposes.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
